New Website and Video for MPW Immobilien

"Trust counts!" - Is the official claim of MPW Immobilien and therefore also their trust in us to create a completely new website for this charming estate agency from Berlin. To achieve this, we not only redesigned all pages, including texts and tonality, but also created animations and illustrations, as well as a photo shoot and video shoot for a video by ZENTRALNORDEN. The website reflects the commitment and passion of the entire team in both text and visual material.

Challenge

With the generational change in the company, a new website was needed that would provide all the information and a list of available properties in a contemporary way. The website needed to be uncluttered and clear in order to provide both, those looking for a property and potential sellers with all the information they need and to give them easy access to MPW Immobilien's expertise.

Website Design

The minimalist design is primarily characterized by the colour-coded division of the content into "Buy" and "Sell" sections. Subtle, illustrative animations bring more dynamism to the site and loosen up the content.

Website Process

After a comprehensive analysis of the website content, a completely new look was designed, which had to be transferred to all elements for different screen formats.

Video & Animation

Many other websites in the industry and real estate platforms promise an automated property valuation. These valuations are usually neither accurate nor can take into account individual factors that an expert can professionally assess based on years of experience and local knowledge. To illustrate this complexity and the value of individual consulting services, ZENTRALNORDEN teamed up with MPW Immobilien to produce an educational film.

Video Shoot & Animation Process

The educational film should convey specialist knowledge but at the same time remain easy to understand. The combination of real image material and animated illustrations combines these two objectives perfectly. This allowed us to reduce a complex topic to the essentials and still integrate the authenticity of a personal conversation. The implementation process consisted of developing the storyboard based on the script, developing the look & feel, shooting the video, editing and post-production, creating the illustrations and producing the animation.
